Plunger cylinder hole is under machining.

プランジャー・シリンダーを作っている。内面は当然リーマー仕上げ。

I cut M8X1 thread on the cylinder for fixing.

取り付けネジM8X1を切る。

I turned the mating part of the cylinder to have nice fit with the blind hole of the body.

本体と嵌合する部分はきっちりハマるように現物合わせで削る。

Finished body and cylinder.

出来上がった弁本体とシリンダー。

I turned outlet nipple.

ニップルを削る。

Big Mistake)

I assembled above parts with silver soldering, but found the body deformed. It was caused by pinching the body by pliers while the body was still hot. No way to use it.

大失敗）

できた部品を銀ロー付けしたわけだがここで大問題発覚。なんと本体が潰れているではないか。まだ熱いうちにプライヤーで掴んだのが原因らしい。これは使い物にならんな。

I disassembled the pump expecting I could recover some parts, but the cylinder was also deformed.

シリンダーとか再利用できるかと思ってばらしてみた。やはりバラす時にプライヤーで掴んだところが潰れてしまっている。

The condition of the cylinder was bad enough and the plunger did not go in well. I decided remake all of them.

しかもシリンダーにプランジャーが入らない。シリンダーも全体に歪んでしまったようだ。全部作り直しに決定。
