I added beading at the edge of the body. I used 1.6mm half round brass wire and soldered it with 100W soldering iron. I think soldering iron is the best to apply soldering sparingly.


The curved parts were bent after annealing. I worried it if it was bent nicely, but it was not hard at all.


The beading finished.


Excessive solder was removed by scraping and polished by Scotchbrite.


The body and under structure were combined.


It looks OK. I used bit thicker materials and it is heavier than I thought, weighing 1.4kg. The load springs are deflected about 1mm. It is a coincident, but the strength of the springs is just for the purpose.
