I painted outdoor. The garage is full of dog's fur and very risky. I wanted to prevent lint from my clothes and used disposable painting overall. It is very uncomfortable without ventilation, and surely not useable in summer. I remove the dusts by a tack clot and check dusts on the work before spraying with head loupe.

下塗りは屋外で行った。ガレージの中は犬の毛が漂っていいるので多分外が一番安全。少しでもホコリの発生を抑えたいので使い捨てタイプのケバのでないツナギを着用（通気性がまったくないので非常に暑い。夏になったら作業できんな。）。ルーペでホコリが付いてないか良く調べてから塗装した。なおホコリが見つかったときはメガネ用のマイクロクロスで取り除いている。マイクロクロスはケバがほとんど出ないのでこの用途にはうってつけである。（あとでタッククロスがいいことがわかったのでタッククロスを使用することにした。）

It is the setting of painting. I spray only one piece at a time and store it in a cup board straight away after painting to prevent getting dusts.

こんなセッティングで塗装している。ホコリの付着を最小限にするため、一つ完了するごとに下記の食器棚に収める。

I made an airbrush holder by clamps and steel wire.

エアブラシホルダーはクランプと針金で自作した。

Priming lot 1 finished. They were stored in a cup board for drying.

下塗りロット１完了。ホコリがつかないように食器棚にいれて乾燥させた。

I found blobs of primer on the work. I think it happened when the airbrush intermittently clogged while spraying. Clogging did not happed with small paint cup and only happened with large cup. I suspect sedimentation happened in large cup. With small cup before it happened simply the paint was used up.

塗料の塊がついてしまったところがかなりあった。吹き付け中に詰まった感じになることがよく起こりその時についたんじゃないかと思われる。初めエアブラシに小さいカップを付けていたときはあまり起こらなかったんだがカップを大型に替えてからひんぱんに起こるようになった。どうも塗料がカップの中で沈殿し底のほうが濃くなっていくのが原因じゃないかと思う。小さいカップを使っていたときは沈殿が起こる前に塗料を使いきっていたのかもしれない。

I removed blobs with 1200 grit sand paper.

これは１２００番の耐水ペーパーで研いて平にしておけば問題ない。

This primer makes sedimentation very quickly and has to be mixed very often in use. Otherwise it may clog the airbrush.

このプライマーはかなり早く沈殿するようで、ひんぱんに攪拌しないとまずい。前回使った薄め済みのものは底にネバネバ状になって沈殿している。しつこく混ぜないとエアブラシが詰まる原因になる。

I manage the thinning ratio using pocket scale with 0.01g resolution. I move the paint and thinner by pipettes.

なお、塗料の薄め具合は0.01g分解能のデシタル秤で決めている。塗料とシンナーはスポイトで移動。
