I cut grooves that would accept handle joint pins by round head end mill.

ハンドルポケットのハンドルのピンが入る溝を先丸エンドミルで切削。

Parts of handle pocket were bonded.

ハンドルポケットを接着。

Partitions were installed.

内側に仕切りを取り付ける。

I filled plywood edges, dents, etc. by wood filler.

ベニヤの木端、傷、凹みんなどは木工パテで埋める。

Also I applied diluted wood filler all over the box surfaces.

さらに全体に木工パテを水で薄めたものを塗って目止めとした。

I sanded down the wood filler using 120 grit then 240o grit.

全体をサンディング。初めは120番で行い、240番で仕上げた。

The box was ready for painting.

生地完成した収納箱。

Hinges were installed.

ヒンジを取り付ける。

Draw latches were installed.

パッチン錠も取り付ける。
