I tried to disassemble three-jaw chuck. I would need to remove and reinstall the chuck very often in the future. So I made a chuck support from off-cut of 2X4. It made the work very easy.

 Loosen the nuts at back plate and slide it with the support.

 Also this works as a chuck stand.

三つ爪チャックをばらしてみることにします。まあ、これからもチャックの付け外しは多いはずなのでこのようなチャックサポートを2X4の端切れから作りました。125mmチャックともなるとそれなりに重いのでこれがあるととても楽です。

バックプレートのナットを緩めてサポートごと引き出せます。

I disassembled the chuck to this stage, but could not manage to remove scroll plate.

ここまでばらしましたが、矢印のスクロール板が外れません。あきらめて、全体を洗浄給油後、組み立てました。

The bar of the chuck wrench was too loose and easily came out. I fixed them with super glue.

チャックレンチの棒が外れてしまった。棒の真中にローレットがありきつくはまるはずなんだが、レンチの穴が大きすぎるようだ。スポスポなので瞬接で止めました。
