An X-table clamp screw I bent a couple of times was broken. The spare part would not so cheap and it seemed easy to make. So I decided to make one.

以前曲げてしまったXテーブルのクランプねじがついに折れてしまった！　(;O;)　買うと結構高いし、割と簡単に作れそうなので自作することにしました。

At first I made hexagon part from 8mm brass hex rod.

まず、六角部分を8mmの真鍮六角棒から作ります。

I screwed in an M6 screw and silver soldered. When I pickled the part, it bubbled in the acid solution. So I gave up the pickling.

M6のねじをタップ分にねじこんで、銀ロウ付け。ロウ付け部を酸洗したらねじが亜鉛メッキだったらしく泡を出して溶けはじめたので適当なところで終了。

出来上がったクランプねじです。

修理完了。
