I bought a 5/16'' parting off blade and made a holder for it. I cleaned up 16X16mm black skin steal bar and cut slots. The structure is about the same as “Hacksaw Blade Parting Off Tool”.

5/16"（約8mm）の突っ切りバイトを手に入れたのでホルダーを作ることにしました。15X15に仕上げた軟鋼角棒にすり割りフライスで切れ目を入れます。構造は「鋸刃突っ切りバイト」と大体同じです。

The groove that accepts the blade was cut. The blade had a taper. So the bottom of the groove was angled.

バイトの収まる部分を切削。バイトにテーパーが付いているのでその半分の角度をつけてあります。

I adjusted the depth of the groove until the blade sat nicely.

バイトがすんなり収まればOKです。

The cross section of the groove is like this.

断面はこんな感じになるわけですね。

I cut deep slot remaining about 1.5mm.

さらにホルダーには深い切れ目を入れます。

I installed tightening bolts (M3) to hold the blade while grinding.

旋盤の刃物台に固定すればバイトとバイトホルダーが一緒に固定されるんですが、バイトを研ぐときにホルダーに固定したいのでM3の固定ネジをつけました。

Ground blade. The thickness is bit less than 1mm.

研ぎ終わったバイト。厚さは1mm弱。

I worked quite well to part off small parts like this brass tube.

とても良く切れ、パイプの突っ切りなどにはうってつけです。
