I temporarily assemble the parts and silver soldered them. I drove 2mm brass rods to fix the small arcs. I used aerated concrete as a brazing base. It is quite nice for brazing because of its low heat transfer.

After pickling by citric acid, I found a disaster. I brazed the arc on the wrong side!

I tried to separate the parts by heating up. However the separated parts were deformed and became junk. I decide to make them again.

I did not want to make the same mistake again and punched number “0” on the wrong side of the new part..

Brazed parts. They brazed firmly, but flow of the silver solder was not very good. The temporary screws were not fixed and came out by a screw driver. I need more practice of brazing.

Other brazed parts. The left half was rebuilt.

All parts were assembled.

The rest was installed to the grinder. I adjusted the gaps by a shim. I had no confidence to cut indexes to the brass at all, and glued paper index printed out. I can recalibrate indexes by simply applying new print out if required.

Angles of tools can be adjusted.

This jig is also necessary to hold the tools. With this jig angles can be adjusted in three dimensions.
