新潟あたりの雪の感じって、北海道とはだいぶ違いますね。この写真を焼いた時は空の部分をかなり焼きこみました。スキャナーだとラティチュードが広いのでほとんど焼きこみ覆い焼きの必要がないようです。

The snow at Tadami Line was different form Hokkaidou's. The snow in Hokkaidou was dry and like powder, but the snow at Tadami Line was wet and heavy.

I do not know why this loco had a reinforcement beams of side tanks.
