肥薩線の乗務は九州では一番大変だったはずです。機関士のみなさんお疲れさまでした。

Engineers duty in Hisatsu Line was the harshest in Kyuusyuu area. They did really good job.

 

真幸で交換待ち休憩。   

Engineers were resting at Masaki station while waiting for opposite train.

The loco just emerged from a tunnel. The smoke diverter was still in tunnel position.
