気動貨車キワ90です。多分、宮崎機関区です。

This was an experimental motorised boxcar Kiwa90 of JNR. It was developed to modernise local freight transport. However it was proven too powerless and quite useless in any circumstances. Only two were built and decommissioned in ten years.
