I found diffusion caps for LED's at a shop in Akihabara. Usually light from LED concentrates in front of the LED. Bｙ using these caps the light diffuses and even lighting is obtained.

秋葉原の秋月電子通商でこんな物を見つけました。LED用の光拡散キャップです。一般にLEDは前方に光が集中するので広い場所を照らすのには向きません。このキャップを付けると光が拡散し広い場所を照らせるようになります。

Simply put the cap on an LED.

LEDにかぶせるだけです。

The LED on the right side does not have the cap and the floor just below the LED lightened intensively. Other hand the LED on left side is installed with the cap and even lighting effect is clearly seen.

キャップと付けて部分が左で、無しが右です。無しだとLEDの真下だけが非常に明るくなっているのがわかります。キャップを付けると全体が均等に照らされるようになります。

Also the LED with the cap seems like a pearl bulb and quite nice.

LED自体も左のキャップ付では全体が明るくなり曇りガラス電球のように見えいい感じです。
