Silicon mold and suplicated truck frames. 完成したフレームのシリコン型と複製。 |

Six 1mm styrene sheets are laminated to make up a 6mm thick bar. Axle boxes are cut out from this. １ｍｍのスチロール板を６枚重ねた物を整形し軸箱本体の形を削りだします。 |

Axle box lid is cut out from 0.2mm brass sheet, and wrap it around 1mm brass rod to form a hinge. 軸箱のふたは、０．２mmの真鍮板を左のように切り出し、１mmの真鍮線に巻きつけてヒンジを作ります。 |

Solder them up and fix it to axle box. Few details are added. I filled gaps with CA putty. This one seems older style. これを半田ずけ。軸箱本体に貼り付けデテールを追加。隙間を瞬間パテでうめておきます。これはちょっと古いタイプと思われます。 |

I made another type. It seems more modern. I will choose them according to the age of the rolling stocks. もう一つ国鉄の貨車などでおなじみのタイプも同様にして、作りました。車両の年代により使い分ける予定。 |
