I made a master of the bolster. As usual I provided laminated styrene.

I cut the material by mill. I used to use files to shape the material, but after getting machine tools using had tools is out of question.

フライスで必要なサイズに削る。以前はヤスリで削っていたんだが、フライスを買ってから手作業でこのようなものを削るのは考えられない。

Pedestals were cut.

フレームのはまり込む部分を切削。

Spring retainer holes were drilled.

バネ受けの取付穴を開ける。

Details at ends of bolster were added by 1X1mm styrene strips.

ボルスター端面には1X1mmのスチロール棒でディテールを付ける。

Spring retainers were turned from 5mm styrene rod.

バネの位置決め用のボッチは5mmのスチロール棒から挽いた。
