At first I fixed straight stock rail on the sleeper followed by flog.

まずは直線ストックレールを固定し、次にフログ部分を固定。

Track gauge can be used only at ends.

軌間ゲージは端でしか使えない。

At most parts the gauge was measured by a calliper.

ほとんどの部分はノギスで測らざるをえない。

Spiking finished.

スパイク打ち完了。

I tested the point with a trolley. The point worked quite well.

トロッコでテスト。快調です。

When I removed point assembly form the printout some sleepers around blade rails became loose. Those sleepers were fixed by spikes only from the outside. I glued them to the stock rails.

プリントアウトから剥がすと可動部分の枕木が外れてしまった。外側にしかスパイクできないので当然である。接着剤で枕木をストックレールに固定することにした。

Hinge pins were turned from 5mm brass rod.

ヒンジピンは5mmの真鍮棒から作った。

By spiking guard rails the point was finished.

ガードレールをスパイクすれば、ポイント完成。

It is not very clear on the photo, but stock rails are filed out about 0.3mm where blade rails touch.

なお、ちょっと写真では分かりにくいが、トングレールが入り込む部分のストックレールは0.3mmほど削ってある。
