I attached an equaliser (3X10mm aluminium) to the tie rods. By moving arrowed part both blade rails move. Curved pass will be open if the equalise pulled.

タイロッドにはイコライザー（3X１０アルミ材）を取り付けた。矢印のところを操作すれば両方のトングレールが同時に切り替わる。手前に引けばカーブ側が開通する。

The single slip will work as a crossing when the equalise pushed.

向こうに押せばクロッシングとなる。

Obviously one of holes to connect to the tie rods must be a long hole.

当然、イコライザーの穴の片方は長穴にする必要がある。

It was found on testing that derailment happened quite often at the crossing. Flanges touched the edge of the wing rails as arrowed.

テストしてみると中央のクロッシング部分でよく脱線する。矢印のところのレールの先端がフランジに当たってしまうのだ。

I checked the alignment and found the arrowed rail was placed at front side slightly.

調べてみると矢印のレールの位置が少し手前すぎる。

The positions of rails were rectified by melting the solder by a burner.

バーナーで炙ってハンダを溶かし位置を修正した。

Also the parts the flanges touches were filed down.

さらにフランジの当たる矢印の部分を少し削っておいた。

After above adjustments the single slip worked perfectly.

上記の調整によりスムーズに通過できるようになった。
