This is the easiest method, single sided mould. Make a master and bond it on a piece of styrene sheet.

一番簡単な片面取りです。マスター型を作りスチロール板に貼り付けます。

Build styrene sheet walls around the master. I use CA to fix them. Fill all gaps to prevent leakage of silicon.

マスター型の周りにスチロール板で枠を作ります。瞬接で隙間をうめシリコンが漏れないように接着します。

Pour a small amount of mixed silicone, then blow the silicone with an airbrush to remove air babbles. Make sure the surface of the master is totally wet with the silicone. Curing time of the silicone is quite long. So it is not necessary to do this in hurry.

混ぜたシリコン樹脂を少量注ぎエアブラシで吹いて泡をつぶしマスター型が完全にシリコンで濡れるようにします。シリコンは固まるのに時間がかかるのでゆっくり作業ができます。

Pour rest of the silicone and blow it by airbrush again to remove bubbles.

残りのシリコンを注いで、さらにエアブラシで泡をつぶします。
