One of the signs of Shishi-ga-tani station was destroyed by my puppy, May. Such a vandalism may happen again. So I decided to make the signs by resin casting using survived one as a master. Resin itself is not very strong and surely can not stand any violence from a puppy. So I try to put reinforcement. I will insert brass wires in the resin. They should be suspended in the mould. So I inserted short wires in the master to make grooves in the mould.

鹿ケ谷駅の駅名標の一つが犬のメイによって破壊されてしまいました。またやられるかもしれないので残った一つから型をとって複製する事にしました。レジンってあまり強度が無いのでメイにちょっとあたられただけで折れてしまいうと思います。そこで補強を入れる事にしました。補強の真鍮線を型の中で浮かせなければならないので、原形にも真鍮線を植えてから型取します。

Install brass wires with many dents made by side-cutters in the mould suspended. I hope dents prevent the wires come out.

ペンチでいっぱい傷を付けて抜けにくくした真鍮線を型の中で浮くように設置して、鯛焼き法で作りました。
