The master turned out.

There were some imperfections on the master. I filled them with Tamiya Light-curing putty. I prefer CA putty used before to this light-curing one, but CA putty is not easily available any more. I think CA putty is much better because it allows adjustment of its stiffness.

This seems much better than LGB wheels.

I sprayed the master with Tamiya paint to make imperfections clear.

The master was corrected and a boss installed.

Silicone moulds were made.

Wheels were mass-produced with black-coloured resin. I worried increased thickness on casting, but the increase of the flange thickness was negligible. Amount of resin per wheel was 5g.

I made a jig to set the back gauge of the wheels from 5X5mm styrene rod. I used 3mm silver steel rods for the axle. Actually mild steel is good enough for this purpose, but metric sized one was not easily got in Australia.

I applied anaerobic adhesive to the holes of the wheels and assembled them.

Finished wheels are good enough for both eccentricity and wobbling.
