I made templates from 1mm styrene sheet. Before I used to use brass plate for this purpose, but styrene is much easier to work with. Attach two sheets and printout by double-sided tape, and cut them .

まずテンプレートを1mmスチロール板で作ります。以前は真鍮板で作ってましたがスチロールの方がずっと楽なので試してみることに。2枚両面テープで貼り付けてさらにプリントアウトも両面テープで貼り付け切り出します。

Temporarily fix the template to the 1.5mm balsa sheet by double sided tape and cut out the ribs.

テンプレートに3箇所ほど両面テープをつけ1.5mmバルサに仮止め。切り出します。

Japanese craft knife is ideal for cutting the balsa just at the edge of template, because this knife is single edged.

テンプレートぎりぎりに切るにはこの伝統的な小刀が便利です。片刃なので直角に切れます。

I cut out 14 pieces including spares and sand them.

スペアもいれて14枚完成。軽くサンドペーパーをかけておきます。
