Floor board was made from 1.5mm styrene.

床板は1.5mmスチロール板。

5X5mm styrene square rods were added for reinforcement.

これに5X5mmのスチロール棒を両側に接着。

Also I added 5X5mm styrene rods at the top of the side panels. However the styrene rods I had did not have enough length and I had to join two pieces.

側板の上部にも5X5mmのスチロール棒を接着するんだが、長さが足りないので継ぎ足した。

Ends of above rods were milled down to half to accept end beams.

さらに両端には横梁を組むための切り込みを入れる。

Above rods were bonded to side panels.

これを側板上部に接着。

The side panel was bonded to floor panel.

側板を床板に接着。

Another side panel was bonded.

反対側の側板も取り付け。

By added end panels the work became a box. The end panel was reinforced by 2mm triangle and 5X5mm styrene rods.

デッキの仕切板を取り付ければ箱になる。仕切板は2mm三角材と5X5mm角棒で補強した。
