I changed the method to brazing. I applied small amount of silver solder to the top of the pin.

方針変更。銀ロウ付で輪っかをつけることにした。まずはピン（この場合M1.7のビス）の頭に銀ロウを盛り付ける。実は「和風総本家」で宝飾職人が鎖を銀ロウ付けしているところを見て、できないことないんじゃないかと思って試して見た。

I made rings from 0.5mm brass wire and applied flax, then heated the pin. When the solder on the pin was molten, put the ring. The result was good and it was not so hard to do.

次に0.5mm真鍮線で作った輪っかにフラックスを付け、ピンの方を炙って、銀ロウを溶かす。銀ロウが溶けたら、輪っかをピンに載せれば銀ロウ付け完了。思ったより簡単に出来た。

Pins rings were attached. The pin with thread is used to fix the coupler body to the coupler bar.

量産したピン。

Pins were connected by 1mm brass chains for ship modelling. They were blacked, but the silver-soldered parts were not blackened well.

これを船舶模型用の1mmの鎖で繋ぐ。このあと黒染めしたが銀ロウのまわった部分はうまく染まらなかった。
