The rivets on the frame were punched out from this styrene sheets by a beating tool last time, but it was very cumbersome. This time I tried to press rivets to the 1.5mm styrene sheets. I wanted large rivets and make new 1.6mm die. The feed of the punch was 1mm. If the feed was larger than this then the rivet heads were broken.

箱組が終わったところで台枠を作った。台枠のリベットは以前はナナコで抜いたプラ板を貼りつけたが面倒なのでリベット打ち出し器を使ってみた。大きなリベットが欲しかったので1.6mmのダイを新たに作った。パンチの送り量は1.5mmのスチロール板で１mmこれ以上送るとリベットの頭が割れる。

The result was satisfactory.

充分満足のいく出来となった。
