Glazing was made from 1mm polycarbonate sheets. Polycarbonate sheets are too clear. So I sprayed them lightly with Humbrol satin coat.

I glazed the luggage doors. Glazing was fixed by clear bond. However I fixed other glazing with double sided tape.

Protection bars were installed to the luggage doors.

I applied a decal (mirror image) to the glazing of luggage compartment interior door.

Then sprayed it lightly with very light gray to simulate frosted glass.

Installed frosted glass.

The carriages were finished after installing couplers and trucks. It took more than one year to make them. The interior of the carriages are quite visible with their large scale. I should provide passenger figures. No Japanese 1/19 figures are available in the market and I had to scratch build them. Really I do not like making of figures, but no way.

They look much nicer than LGB carriages with Japanese narrow gauge atmospheraa and run very smoothly on my layout without derailing for several tens of minutes.
