This is the fuel injection pimp mostly finished. This was made from styrene and resin. The photo shown is upside down.

いきなり出来上がった燃料噴射ポンプなんですが、主に各種スチロール材から作りました。なお写真は上下逆です。

Part “B” was made from 2mm styrene rod. I cut M2 thread and turned it to the shape.

B部品は2mmのスチロール棒にM2ダイスでねじを切り、削りました。

Above part and other styrene materials made up this fuel pump that shown by yellow circle in above picture. It seemed a pump to feed fuel to injection pump.

上の部品と2mmスチロール棒、その他と組み合わせて、楕円で囲んだ部品を作りました。これは燃料噴射ポンプに燃料を送るためのポンプと思われます。

I think this one is a chain case to drive injection pump.

これは燃料噴射ポンプ駆動用のチェーンケースと思われるものと駆動軸です。

I used the same castings as fuel filter as oil filters. I made piping by 0.8mm copper wire.

オイルフィルターは燃料フィルターを流用し二連としました。パイプは0.8mmのメッキ銅線。

By adding those parts the engine seem better now.

いこれらの部品を追加するとかなりエンジンっぽくなって来ます。

The cooling fan was cut out from 0.4mm brass sheet. The fins were twisted after shaping. 0.5mm brass wire as shaft and 0.5mm styrene hub were added.

ラジエター冷却ファンは0.4mmの真鍮板から切り出し、整形後ひねりをいれます。真中に1mmの真鍮線を半田付けし、0.5mmのスチロールで作ったボスを付ければ完成。

Glow plug bus-bars to seem silver colour. So I applied masking sol to them to cover nickel silver parts.

グロープラグのブスバーは洋白の銀を生かしたいので、マスキングゾルを塗って後ではがすことにします。

This is thermostat made from styrene and 2mm aluminium rod.

サーモスタットはスチロールで適当に作りウォーターポンプに2mmのアルミ棒を介して取り付けました。

Fuel piping is shown. Each injection port is connected to the fuel injection pump with 0.4mm copper wire. According to the photos of prototype, the lengths of these tubes should be the same. High pressure hoses are made from 1mm electric wire found in a piece of communication cable.

燃料系統のパイピングです。各シリンダー噴射ポートへのパイプは0.4mmのメッキ銅線。どうも実物の写真を見るとこのパイプはどのシリンダーにに行くのも同じ長さのようです。噴射ポンプと燃料フィルター間の高圧ホースは1mmの電線（通信ケーブルの中の物）です。両端は被覆を剥いて、芯線を半田で固めてあります。
