I decided to make different type of headlight from one made for “Gasoline Car”. I cut out disks and laminated them and cut M3 tap at its centre. Fixture to turn it was made from stepped M3 screw from by junk box.

ヘッドライトはガソ用に作ったものでは感じが出ないので、おわん形を新調することにします。材料は円形に切り出したスチロール板を積層し真中にM3のタップをたてたものです。M3の段付ビスの頭を切ってヤトイとします。

I turned over the fixture and turned the other side.

後部を削るにはヤトイを逆につければOKです。

I shaped the reflector part roughly with 4, 5 and 6mm drill bits and fine shaped it with round rotary tool bit.

反射鏡の部分は、4，5，6mmのドリルでさらった後、ロータリーツールの球形ビットで型を出しました。

Turned headlight body and 3mm incandescent-coloured LED. Arrowed part was a plug with holes for LED leads.

削りあがった、ヘッドライト本体と使用予定の3mm電球色LED。矢印のはLEDの足が通る後部プラグです。本体外側の溝はプラカッターでつけました。

After fixing above plug the rear end of the headlight body was turned to the shape. I made another fixture for this turning from 5mm styrene rod. The fixture simply fitted to the hole for LED tightly.

プラグを接着後、後部の整形をしなければなりません。ネジのヤトイはもう使えないので、5mmのスチロール棒を整形し、LEDのところにきつくはまるようにします。

By adding mounting boss the headlight was finished. I would make resin copies.

LEDを入れればこんな感じになります。さらに3mmのスチロール棒の取り付け部を接着して出来上がり、これをレジンで複製します。
