I bent the cab roof. Looked for a suitable size of cooking pot and fixed 1mm styrene sheet tightly by holding down belts. Then pour boiling water into the pot. After a while the styrene sheet was bent nicely. I chose slightly small pot expecting spring back, but there was no spring back at all.

運転室の屋根を曲げます。ちょうどいい大きさの鍋を選んで、1mmのスチロール板をベルトで固定し、沸騰したお湯を鍋に注げば完璧に曲がり癖がつきます。少し戻るかと思い、小さめの鍋を使用しましたが、鍋の外径とぴったり同じに癖がつきました。戻る心配をする必要はなさそうです。

後部はこんな感じ。

I added boltheads made from 0.8mm styrene hex rod to the door rails. I used a printout as a ruler.

ドアレールには0.8mmの六角スチロールで作ったボルトヘッドを付けます。等間隔につけるため、プリントアウトを作り、これを基にして接着。

Master of the door fixtures were made from 2X2mm styrene rod. I bred it to eight by resin.

ドアのはずれ止めを2X2mmのスチロール角棒から削り出し、レジンで増やしました。ドア一枚につき4個必要なわけです。

The glass of the doors was fixed to the doors by some sought of fixing frame. I made the frame from 1.2X1.2mm styrene angle by cutting 90 degree cuts.

ドア窓にはガラス保持の枠がつきますが、これは、1.2X1.2mmのスチロールアングルに90°の切れ目を入れ。

Bond them together using mini vice.

ミニバイスを使って、枠に組みます。

A piece of 0.5mm styrene sheet was cut with glass opening and bonded together with above frame. Hex boltheads from 0.8mm hex styrene rod were also added. Making of the frame was so cumbersome I would make replicas by resin.

ガラス部分をあらかじめ抜いた0.5mmのスチロール板に張り付けてから、周囲を整え、0.8mmの六角スチロールのボルトヘッドを植えて、完成。とても面倒だったので、レジンで複製することにします。

Resin duplicates were made.

Gutters were made from 1.2X1.2mm styrene angle. Roof fixing bolts were made from 1mm hex rod, and 1.5mm diameter washers were cut from 0.25mm styrene sheet..

屋根には1.2X1.2mmのスチロールアングルを雨樋として付け、1mm六角スチロールの屋根取り付けボルトを0.25mm厚1.5mm径のワッシャーと共に取り付け。

Door handles were the same as bonnet handles.

ドアの取っ手も付けました。ボンネットの取っ手を流用。
