I made headlight mounting bolt from 1.4mm brass wire threaded with M1.4 dies.

前照灯にはM1.4のタップを立て、1.4mmの真鍮線にねじを切ったスタッドボルトをねじ込みます。

Headlight mounting brackets were cut out from 0.3mm brass sheet. They were temporarily fixed to the cab with double-sided tape. I cut 0.8mm mounting holes to the cab using the brackets as guides.

前照灯取り付けブラケット0.3mm真鍮板から作り、両面テープで運転室に仮止めし0.8mmの取り付け穴をあけておきます。

Bracket mounting pins were soldered to the brackets using the gravity to keep pins vertical.

Horn mounting brackets were made from 1X0.3mm brass strip and 1mm brass wire. To apply very small amount of solder to parts like these, fine 0.3mm diameter solder is very handy.

これはホーンの取り付け金具です。１X0.3mmの真鍮帯板と1mm真鍮線から作成。このような場所にごく少量半田を流すには、この0.3mmの極細糸半田が便利です。

The horns them selves were cast from the same moulds for “Gasoline Car”.

「ガソ」からの使い回しのホーンに取り付け金具を付けます。「ガソ」と同様に長さを変えてみました。

The horns were mounted on the roof and wiring was made with 0.5mm diameter (insulation) wrapping wire.

屋根に取り付け、電線グランドを付けて、電線を通します。電線は仕上がり径0.5mmのラッピング用電線。いわゆるカイナー線ってやつです。
