Necessary materials are:

• Oven-bake clay (I used “Sculpey III” found in a craft shop “Spot Light”.
• Glaze for above (I use oil paint and the oven-bake clay does not accept oil paint unless covered by the glaze.)
• Isopropyl alcohol (Used to smooth out the surface of the clay. I found it at “Dick Smith Electronics”.)

必要な材料は

• 上記用シール塗料（オーブン粘土は油性塗料で塗装できない。私は油絵の具を塗装に使うので必要です。）
• イソプロピルアルコール（粘土の表面を滑らかにする）

I made up necessary tools. From the bottom:

• 1.5mm brass rod shaped like a toothpick (Other end is rounded)
• 2mm brass rod shaped like a toothpick (Other end is rounded)
• Spatula 2mm brass rod with 0.2mm phosphide bronze strips attached (Thickness of the strips are ground thinner toward the tips.)
• 2.4mm brass tube (inside chamfered)
• Need from ink-jet refill (inside chamfered)

次に道具を作ります。下から、

• 1.5mm真鍮線を楊枝形に削ったもの。とがってないほうは丸くしてあります。
• 2mm真鍮線を楊枝形に削ったもの。とがってないほうは丸くしてあります。
• 2mm真鍮線の両側に0.2mmの燐青銅板を半田付けしたへら。燐青銅板ははじに行くほど薄くなるように削ってあります。
• 外径2.4mmの真鍮パイプ内側を面取りして鋭くしてあります。目を作るときに使用。
• インクジェットプリンタ詰め替えインクの針。これもを面取りして鋭くしてあります。ボタンを作るとき使用。

Armatures are made from aluminium foil and roughly posed.

アルミフォイルで芯を作り、大体ポーズを決めてます。

Legs are covered by first layer of the clay. After checked at the actual installation it was baked.

下半身に第1層目を付けて、実際の設置場所ので確認後焼きます。
