I think I established my procedure to make figures:

1. Make armature
2. Apply clay on legs and lower torso
3. Make trousers
4. Make upper torso and head
5. Form mouth, but no eyes
6. Make upper cloths
7. Make arms with cloth
8. Make feet
9. Make hands
10. Make hairs

Step 2. Apply thin layer of clay on legs and lower torso.

上記２．までの状態。最初の粘土を下半身と胸につける。

Step 3. Trousers were formed.

上記３．の状態。ズボンを履かせた。

Step 4, 5. Upper torso and head were made.

上記４、５．の状態。上半身と頭を作る。

Step 6. Upper cloths were made.

上記6．の状態。上半身の服を作る。

Step 7. Feet were made.

上記7．の状態。足を作る。

Step 8, 9. Arms & hands were made.

上記8、9．の状態。腕と手を作る。

Step 10. Hair & hut were made.
I made 9 figures this time.15 in total. My motivation is at about its end. 15 people in three carriages would be good number for me.

上記10．の状態。髪の毛、被り物を作る。やっと9体できた。前のと合わせて15体。客車三両+汽罐車で15体。まあいいだろう。このくらいで勘弁してもらおう。根性がいい加減尽きた。
