Headlight itself was already made. I made mounting brackets for them. I used annealed 0.3mm brass plates and put the CAD printout on them for drilling. Then cut out and bent them. 前照灯本体はすでに製作済みです。取り付け金具を作ります。0.3mmの真鍮板を焼きなまし、CADのプリントアウトを貼り付けて穴あけ。切り出してから曲げます。まずい、ちょっと曲がってる。 |

I soldered the pins to the brackets to make fixing jobs easier. I temporarily fix the pins in balsa scrap and soldered. 固定用の虫ピンを半田付けしますが、ピンが動かないようにスクラップバルサにさして行います。 |

Finished headlight assembly. Join between headlight and bracket is quite strong. 取付金具を本体に接着して出来上がり。かなり頑丈に着いています。 |

Temporarily fixed to the body. Incandescent coloured LED's will be used. The leads of the LED's are protruding to the inside of the body for electrical connection. I worry about the lenses after painting. 車体につけたところ。ランプは電球色LEDを使用の予定。LEDの足は妻板を突き抜けて車体の中に入ります。レンズは塗装後に着けます。 |

The taillight holder is made from 4mm O.D. brass pipe and 0.3x3mm brass strip. It will be installed under the basket. バスケットの下に付くテールライトのホルダーを外径4mmの真鍮パイプと0.3x3mmの真鍮帯板で作ります。 |
