From now I make the interior. Some interior equipment, like handbrake wheels and support straps would be quite visible from outside. I made masters from styrene, copper wire, brass strips, etc.

I pushed the maters in flattened oil clay and poured moulding silicon. This photo shows cured silicon after the clay removed.

I applied metal colour as a release agent . After the metal colour dried, I poured other half of silicon. Positioning pins are quite visible.

When making the products, pour the resin in both upper and lower moulds. Remove bubbles. Wait a while until the colour of the resin turns slightly cream. At this moment the resin is not so runny. Quickly mate the moulds.

Cured parts. In this method the burrs around the parts are not avoidable.

Burred and assembled hand brake wheel and post.

Brake valves made in the same way.

The meter panels are made from 0.5mm styrene sheets. After painting the surface, thin transparent plastic sheet was fixed. Then I made meters by CAD software and printed out and fixed them. Speedometer, pressure gauge and ammeter would be enough. ??? Damn, I forgot a coolant temperature gauge.

I do not know how it is called. This is the bracket for throttle levers. I found two levers installed from a prototype photo. I presume one is the throttle and another is the firing timing adjusting lever. In old petrol engines firing timing used to be adjusted manually. The bracket is made from styrene sheets and duplicated by resin moulding. The levers are turned from 1.5mm brass wire.

Of course this gasoline car has a manual transmission. So shift levers are necessary. I made end balls of the lever from instant putty (a combination of slow curing CA and micro balloons, I found it in a hobby shop in Japan and very handy). After fine shaping the balls, I coated them with high viscosity CA to make their surface smoother.

I made cab modules fro styrene sheets. This arrangement would make painting and installing an operator figure later. Below shows completed cab modules.
