ガソと Stainz に牽かせるための客車を何両か作ろうと思っています。スターターキットについてきた客車はどうやっても日本型には見えません。日本の軽便によくありそうなタイプ３〜４両にするつもりです。まあ軽便の客車なんかあっちこっちの寄せ集めが多いと思われるので全部違ったものにする予定です。オープンデッキ付きの物は面倒そうなのでやめ。自由形なので作りやすいように適当にそれらしく設計します。まずは下に示したような木造客車から始めます。なお台車は製作済み。 |
I will scratch build passenger cars for “gasoline car” and Stainz. I will make 3, 4 cars that would be seen as common among Japanese narrow gauges. These carriages were usually brought from all over the places. So I make them all different styles. Anyway open deck style is bit hard to make. I will keep away from this type. There are no particular prototypes for my carriages. So I will design them easy to make. At first I will start from a wooden carriage as below. The truck are already made as shown here. |

I want torpedo type ventilators for this type of old carriages. So I will make them by resin casting as usual. Make cone shaped parts from 8mm plastic rod. 古い客車ならベンチレータはガーランドじゃなくてトーピードタイプが欲しいところです。で、いつものようにレジンで作ることにします。とんがった部分を８mmアクリル棒から削りだします。 |

Bloody hell! I lost the send cone when I cut it out from the rod. I bred first one to two by resin casting. ２個作ったんですがそのうち１個を切り離したときに無くしてしまった。 また同じ物を作りなおすのも癪に障るので、レジンで２個に増殖させることにします。 |

Make a 5mm hole in the torpedo part by a rotary tool. Attach 5m styrene rod. 真ん中の水雷形の部分を作り、ロータリ−ツールで５ mm の穴を作っておき５ｍｍのスチロール棒を接着します。 |

I made the ring part of the ventilator from 0.5X5mm styrene strip. It must be formed round. I made it by wrapping it around 8mm plastic rod and fix them tightly by an insulation tape. Then boil it in hot water to fix the shape. Note the styrene parts may shrink by this operation. So make the parts slightly larger. 周りのリング部分は 0.5mm のスチロール板を5mm幅に切りアクリル棒 (8mm) に巻きつけてビニールテープできつく止め、沸騰するお湯に浸けて癖を付けます。このとき多少収縮するようです。材料は大きめに切って置いたほうがいいと思います |
