The thickness of the end panels are 2mm and the gaps between roof and gutters are seem too large. It may be OK, but I do not feel comfortable with it.

妻板が2mm厚になったので、屋根と雨樋の間にギャップが開きすぎてしまうことが判明。そのままでもいいかもしれないけど、ちょっとみっともない。

After curing of the putty the roof is sanded down to the size. The ugly gaps are filled.

エポキシパテが固まった後、形を整えればギャップは無くなります。

裏側はこんな風になっています。

The frame seemed bit too simple. I added bolt heads.

フレームがちょっとさびしいのでボルトを追加。あとステップも追加します。

The body seemed to roll too much. So I added stabiliser spring made from 0.4mm phosphor bronze .

車体が左右方向に揺れて不安定なので、0.4mmの燐青銅板で作った板ばねで車体の揺れを抑制することにしました。

The stabiliser spring works quite well with only one truck applied. The carriage is basically finished.

この板ばねを片方の台車につければ車体の揺れは効果的に抑制されます。

これで一応生地完成。
