Finished without painting.　一応生地完成

Cover the jig with wrap and insert the materials to the jig. Apply high viscosity CA to fix materials. I used CA kicker to accelerate the curing. I used enamel wire instead of brass wire because:

• It is cheaper.
• Bonding is better because of enamel covering.
• It is easier to simulate old bent bars.

これにラップを敷いてから材料をはめ込み、高粘度の瞬接を流し、瞬接硬化剤で固めます。真鍮線では無く伸ばしエナメル線にしたのは、

• 安い（せこい）
• 瞬接がよく効く（エナメルが塗ってあるので）
• 棒が曲がった感じを出すのが簡単

という理由によります。

Remove the product from the jig, clean excess CA. I though to use brass wires and strip soldered together, but this method is much easier then soldering.

はみ出した瞬接を削れば完成です。最初は真鍮線と真鍮帯板を半田付けしようと思っていましたが、この方法の方がずっと簡単にできます。

This looks like this when installed. Anyway the installation will be later after painting and glazing.

つけるとこんな感じになるはずです。実際には塗装、窓ガラス取り付け後になりますが。
