Mass-produced torpedo type ventilators. This mould is very touchy and already some parts came out after four shots. 量産されたトーピード型ベンチレータ。このモールド型にはなかなか問題があり、４個作った時点ですでに一部むしれてしまった。 |

Attach print out of the panels to two styrene sheets temporarily fixed by double sided tape and cut out windows. I use “Skip Tooth Blades” from Vallorbe of Switzerland. This blade is ideal for styrene cutting and very quick. プリントアウトを両面テープで二枚張り合わせた１mmスチロール板に貼り付け、糸鋸で窓抜きをします。鋸歯はバローべのアクリル用を使用。サクサクとても快適に切れます。 |

Windows are finished by flat files. I removed burrs on the side of the files by a diamond stone. 仕上げは平やすりでしますが、コバの目が切ってないほうのバリをダイヤモンド砥石で取っておきます。 |
