Carriages some times derailed while the test run. The gap between dummy coupler and LBG coupler may be too small and they may touch and disturb the movement of the trucks.

どうも脱線する傾向があります。ダミーカプラとＬＧＢカプラの間隔が少なすぎて、台車の動きを制限してると思われます。

To fix it I increased the thickness of the centre plates by 1.5mm. Originally I fixed the trucks to the body inserting tapping screw from the inside of the body. II found it was not so good and changed the truck fixing method to have centre pins were fixed to the body side.

で、芯皿の厚さを1.5mm増やすことにします。以前は車内からタッピングビスで台車を止めてましたが、これを機会に車体側にセンターピンを固定する方法に変更。
