According to the manual upper structure to be assembled at first. I ignored the instruction and decided to finish the lower structure at first to make the consideration for motorisation easier.? As I worried the frame parts were easily broken apart. Really I do not like handling small plywood parts.

マニュアルでは上回りから作ることになっているが、モータライズするので足廻りから作ることにする。マニュアルの順番は無視する。折れそうだなと思っていたフレーム部品が速攻で折れてしまった。ベニヤの細い部品は扱いにくい。

The frame parts were fixed to the base plate. Manual says to assemble the truck on the frame parts then install to the base. However I broke the frame parts and had to fix them at first

床板にフレームを固定。マニュアルではフレームに台車部品を固定してから、床板につけることになってるが、フレームが折れちゃったので先に固定してしまった。

I tried to bend back the dummy spring of the truck, but it was broken very easily. I do not know the material of this, but they seem very brittle.

台車のバネ部品は少し曲がっていたので曲げ直そうとしたらいとも簡単に折れてしまった。材質がなんだかわからんがえらく脆い。

I used the mill and DRO to drill spring mounting holes of the trucks. At first I tried to drill using a pin vice, but found it was so difficult to drill between layers of the ply.

台車のスプリング取り付け穴はフライスのDROで位置出しして開けた。実は始め、ピンバイスで開けたんだがベニヤの積層間に正確に開けるのが非常に難しかった。横にずれて表面に出てしまったものもある。

Holes on the trucks were transferred to the frames.

台車の穴をフレームに移し開け。

I found it was almost impossible to align all eight springs to the mounting holes. So I removed alignment pins of dummy springs.

８個のスプリング部品のボッチをフレームの取り付け穴に合わせるのはほとんど不可能なのが判明。ボッチは全部切り取ってしまった。
