Grooves were cut into main shaft to accommodate main spring arms. Damn! I cut grooved on wrong sides. The arms to be mounted outside. I cut other grooves on other sides. I would change the design of arms to cope with the mistake.

主軸に主バネ腕取り付け溝を掘る。あっ、向きを間違えた。腕は外側につくのだ。このあと、正しい位置に掘り直した。腕の設計を変更してごまかす予定。

Grooves for equaliser arms were cut with an angle of 15°.

イコライザー腕の取り付け溝を15°の角度をつけて掘る。

I made frame joints. They were bit difficult to make. At first t3 brass plate was milled down to t2.5.

関節部分を作る。これはかなり面倒。まずはt3の真鍮板をt2.5に製材。

1mm groove was cut with double vice arrangement.

子バイスに咥えて、主バイスに水平に固定。1mmの溝を掘る。

The groove would accept joint part of upper frame.

この溝に上枠の関節部分が収まる。

M1 tap was cut for joint pin. A hole was drilled to accept lower frame. Then the work was cut out.

関節ピン用のM1ネジをたて、下枠の先端が収まる穴を開け、切り出す。
