Collector brackets were made from t3 brass plate. Grooves to accept upper frames were cut.

集電部分を作るわけだが、この部分は「舟」と呼ばれれているらしい。電車の知識はまるでないので調べるのが大変だ。まずは舟と上枠を結合するブラケット（「舟支え桿」と呼ばれるらしい）を作る。t3の真鍮板にｔ2の切れ込みを入れる。

Cut them out.

切り出し。

Holes and threads were made.

DROで穴あけ。

Ends were cleaned by mill and M1.4 threads were made.

糸鋸で切り離し、フライスで端面を仕上げ、端面にM1.4をたてる。

Collector itself is T-shaped and I cut it out from t3.2 brass plate.

舟本体はT型をしている。ｔ3.2の真鍮板から削りだすことにした。

It is not simple T-shape and was cut out in several steps.

実は単純なT型ではないのでなん段階かに分けて削る。

The work was sawed out from both sides to prevent warpage.

歪みを防ぐため両側から少しづつ切っていく。
