Mass produced steel belts by resin.

量産された帯金部品。これをレジンで作るのはかなりうんざりする作業でした。

Belts were applied to trolley plankings.

これをどんどん貼っていきます。

The trolleys were too light because made from resin and balsa. So I added weight of about 50g. I used 1mm lead plate and folded them.

このトロッコはレジンとバルサでできてるのですごく軽い。50gぐらい。これでは軽すぎて脱線しそうなのでウエイトを追加します。1mmの鉛板（屋根などに使うようで、ホームセンターで買いました。）を34mmに切って、四つ折り。バラけないように両面テープで張り付けます。これで約50g。全体で100gとなりました。

The weights were attached to the trolleys by double sided tape.

ウエイトの鉛板が平面が出ていないので、取り付けはスポンジ付きの両面テープで行います。

I made a guard from oven-bake clay and signal flags for him. I provided two pieces of 1mm styrene rod coloured and attached tissue paper as flags with diluted PVA. PVA also applied all over the flags to make them bit stronger.

車掌をオーブン粘土で作ったんですがそれに持たせる信号旗を作ります。まず、1mmのスチロール棒を着色し、ティシューを適当な大きさに切り薄めホワイトボンドで固めます。

After the PVA dried, I formed the flags wrapped and flying.

固まったやつに適当に型を付けます。丸めたやつと、はためいているやつ。

Flags were finished by colouring.

これを着色すれば信号旗の出来上がり。

Flags were held by the guard.

人形に持たせるとこんな感じになります。

I fixed the guard figure to the guard van via brass nail and all ver.3 trolleys finished.

人形の足の裏に真鍮釘を植え込んで車掌車に固定。

これでトロッコVer.3は七両完成しました。
