Floor of the guards room was made from 1mm styrene and mounting holes were drilled together with trolley frame.

車掌室の床を1mmスチロールで作り、取り付け穴をフレームと一緒に開けておきます。

5X5mm styrene rods were added to the floor to accept mounting screws.

床板には、5mmのスチロール角材をネジ受けとして接着。

The guard's room was assembled.

床板の上に側板、妻板を立てれば車掌室の箱完成。

The sliding doors work smoothly.

可動の引き戸も快調に動きます。

Guard's bench was made.

車内のベンチもつくって。

Interior seems bit messy. I added styrene plate to make it neater.

ベンチ側はベンチで隠れるのでいいのですが、反対側の舞台裏がもろ見えですね。スチロール板で隠すとだいぶすっきりします。

How to make curved roof? I wrapped a large can with 1mm styrene using tie down belts.

屋根をどう作るか？1mmのスチロールを曲げて作る事にしました。適当な大きさの缶にスチロール板をベルトで巻き付けてます。

And fill the can with hot water.

次に缶を熱湯で満たします。

Wait ten minutes and you can get niceｌｙ curved plate.

十分も待てば、しっかりカーブがつきます。
