Steam train stopping at Glenbrook station. The loco used is 4-6-4 tank engine. She has similar specification with JNR C12 class. However the size of the body is much smaller than JNR locos. Glenbrook駅に停車中の列車です。けん引するのは4-6-4のタンク機。諸元からみるとほぼC12に相当する汽缶車みたいです。動輪径はえらく小さいな。96並ですね。それとこれはどう見ても正しい3’6”ナローの罐ですね。日本のみたいに脚だけナローではなく車体がかなり小さいです。 |

Inside of a carriage. These changeable cross sheets are quite comfortable. Comparing to JNR carriages this is very narrow even the gauges are the same. JNR rolling stocks seem like standard gauge body on narrow gauge trucks. 客車の中はこんな感じ。かなりできのいい転換クロスです。2人掛けと１人掛け。もろナローの客車ですね。これを見ると日本の３’６”ゲージの車両がいかに異様なものかがよくわかります。 |

When the train leaves the station, canteen ladies wave their hands. People working on the railway ware cloths of steam era, and seem very nice. 列車が出発するとき、売店のおばさんが手を振ってくれます。このおばさんなんかえらくかわいいんだが。この鉄道で働いてる人は全員時代を合わせた服装をしています。これを見ると人間の服装ってのは時代を経るに従いダサくなってる気がします。 |
