I assembled brake handle from resin parts I already made.

ここで、ブレーキハンドルを組み立てておく。以前作ったレジンパーツを組み立てるだけ。

I will install this after painting and check only installation location.

これは塗装後に取り付ける予定なので位置決めだけして取り外しておく。

I made steps. The step holding brackets of prototype are fixed by rivets. So I tried a rivet press. The rivet press I made for styrene has the die damaged. So I used rivet press for brass.

ステップを作るが、プロトタイプはステップ固定の帯金がリベットで固定されている。ナナコでリベット作るのもタルイので打ち出してみることにした。以前作ったスチロール用のリベット打ち出し機はダイがかなり傷んでしまったので、真鍮用のを使ってみた。

The rivets were made reasonably well. 0.7mm feeding of punch produced good result on 1mm styrene. Further feeding may make a crack on the top of the rivets.

ご覧のように結構よく打てた。１mmスチロールの場合、送り0.7mmでちょうどいい具合。これ以上送るとリベットの頭に割れが出る。

Steps were made from styrene sheets as usual.
